Wiki EGD with no foreign body found

An EGD was done to recover button battery ingestion and it had already passed through the stomach. Would I code 43247 foreign body removal with modifier 52 or 43235 diagnostic EGD?

The very first sentence in the instructions for use of the CPT book says "Select the name of the procedure or service that accurately identifies the service performed'. So in this case I would only code an EGD since there was no foreign body to remove.
