Would want to understand the difference between 43238 and 43242, difference in description is just 'or' & 'and'. If the endoscopic findings has normal stomach, esophagus and duodenal findings along with FNA of accessory organ would that be considered for 43242.

Difference is 43238 is limited scope or exam of the stomach, esophagus, or duodenum (if only one or two organs viewed use this code)
where 43242 is view of all 3 and/or surgically altered stomach (so if all 3 are viewed use this code or if surgically altered stomach)
