Wiki EGD WITH 43249 AND 43450

Before I reach out to my doctor, could someone confirm that you are not able to use 43249 and 43450 together? He will dilate with 43249 and then come back with a maloney/bougie dilator as well. It is my understanding that you cannot use those codes together. Has something changed?
