Wiki EGD started orally but completed through PEG

Pt had lrg Zenkers diverticulum could not complete EGD orally. Removed PEG and proceeded with inspection of the duodenum and the stomach. The stoma was dilated, two clips were placed to stop bleeding in the stomach and a new PEG was placed. Help please, stumped on how to code this procedure.
