Hi there. Im new to coding the EGD for our office. i want to make sure they are going out correct. Can I code 43235 and 43239,59 ?
or 43235 and 43249,59?

43235 and 43239 cannot be billed together and 43235 and 43249 cannot be billed together, but 43239 and 43249 can if there was a biopsy and dilation done in the same session.
