New
Findings:
The examined esophagus was normal.
A large amount of food (residue) was found in the cardia, in the gastric
fundus, in the gastric body and in the gastric antrum. A razor blade was
identified. We withdrew the scope and reinserted it with a hood cover
for protection. This time we were not able to identify the blade the
large amount of food debris. The food debris was manipulated with a rat
tooth forceps, but blade could not be seen. Position of the patient was
changed but this did not help either. The duodenum was reexamined upto
fourth portion and a blade was not identified.
The examination of the duodenum upto fourth portion of the duodenum was
normal.
So 43247/52 or just 43235? Any feedback would be appreciated.
