Wiki EGD before bariatric surgery

I have an 18 year old patient, with Medicaid, who is going to undergo bariatric surgery, for Obesity (BMI is over 99% growth percentile). The physician has ordered an EGD, for clearance, before the surgery.
Would Z01818 & Obesity w/BMI be a payable, RFV, for the EGD? (Physician performing the EGD has stated, "Screening procedure before bariatric surgery", on the Op Report, for the indication.)

That is how I coded for EGD for pre op bariatric surgery + any abnormal finding from EGD. So far, I don't get a notice from billing department.
