Wiki EDI/ERA/EOB and getting admin role of the account back

1- There are certain website where you can enroll to look at EOB and ERA, like availity, navinet, medicaid website etc.
2- Is it better to go to insurance preferred website to look at ERA and EOB or the billing software that we are using to enroll in EDI/ERA and they send us the EOB?
3- Prior staff, who got fired for embezzlement, did not leave the log in passwords or kept her administrative accounts. I can reset the pass word, but how can get administrative role, if the admin allows me, but when try to look up the administrator on website, it is showing old staff email. She does not respond to the office calls. What to do?

You should find out who your current administrator is and get your own accounts set up to view EOBs. and ERAs When they set up your new accounts, they will be able to allow or disallow you an administrator role.

3. I had this happen years ago. I called the help desk for the insurance company website and gave them all of the information they needed to change the administrator.

I have been doing it one by one, but it is a nightmare, even with some changes, it still shows some old information and I cannot figure out how to do it, esp for medicare and medicaid.

Any links or insurance links would be appreciated with step by step guide.
