Physician billing only...
What date do you bill out for an ECHO/stress tests/any other type of cardiology test that was performed in the hospital on one day but was not read by the Cardiologist until a day or two later? Do you bill out the exam date or the read date? Does anyone have any links for this too?? Thanks.
 
proposed fee schedule change in medicare

Does anyone know if the proposed fee schedule regarding nuclear stress tests and echo on the same day in an office setting will this be implemented as proposed on Oct 1st 2012?:eek::eek:
