Can the same provider bill for the same dos 0296T and 0298T ?
 
It is my understanding that you cannot bill an EKG and monitor on the same date of service. There are certain circumstances it may be appropriate but it depends on the insurance carrier and how good the documentation is to request a reconsideration.
