Does anyone have any resource suggestions for E/M coding to make it easier to determine the correct code? Thanks.

However, I still have great difficulty determining the difference between a limited examination or an extended. I struggle between level 2's and level 3's when the exam portion is the deciding factor. My manager has us using only the 1995 guidelines, and has not put anything in writing as to what they consider limited or extended.

An exam is problem focused, expanded PF, detailed or comprehensive. No limited or expanded I'm afraid.
