Wiki E78.49 Denials

Good evening,

I'm having trouble getting claims paid with diagnosis code E78.49. I've seen instances where Medicare and their Advantage plans have denied and payed claims that have this diagnosis code listed. Is anyone else having trouble with this diagnosis?

Are the dates of service before 10/01/18? The code was not created until after that date.
