Is anyone getting paid for billing E&M (99213), lab (80048) and 36415? We are being denied as the 36415 being incidential to the lab.
Thanks in advance for any and all help.
Are they being billed on the same claim? It seems to me that the 36415 should be performed in a lab setting, and the E/M should be performed in an office setting. This would mean they have different place of service codes and should be billed on different claim forms.
