Wiki E&M while in global

Patient is in global for CPT 69436 (bilateral ear tubes) presents today with ear drainage in right ear, doctor writes a prescription. Is this included in the global or can I bill a E&M for today?

If its a complication and/or side effect of the procedure that doesn't require return to OR then its global. Looks like its pretty common to have drainage from the ears after this kind of procedure
