Wiki E/M points for Data

Our doctors own their own x-ray equipment, my question is...can we give them the 2 points for the "Independent visualization of image..." for the E/M level or just 1 point for "review and/or order of tests in the radiology section of CPT"? My manager seems to think giving 2 points would be "double dipping since we own the equipment.

They are correct about the double dipping! Can't get credit for the image vizualization and tracing, if you own the equipment and are billing for the xray as well....
