Under the category : Amount and /or Complexity of data to be reviewed.........
Review the results of each unique test and each test is counted to meet a threshold number.
Does that mean if the Dr. has ordered 3 unique tests and has reviewed them that we would give it a moderate for that category?

You would count the ordering of each test, and review is included. There are exceptions for certain tests that you are also performing. For example, if our physician orders 2 sonograms and performs the 2 sonograms, we cannot count any data.
