Has any family practice billed & been paid for 99212 with a psych eval of 90832-90838 ?

You can't code E&M code plus 90832, 90834, 90837. If you were going to combined those codes you would use the 90833, 90836, 90838.

However, 90833, 90836, 90838 can only be used by psychiatrist as stated in the AACAP.
