Wiki E&M and PT -- Modifier?

Multi Specialty office ... Patient seen for Ortho with billed as E&M and say PT same DOS, same Tin billing number will one of the new X modifer be appropriate to use on the Pt services?

Note PT services is onging not first visit and Orth is follow up.

Also if patient is seen same DOS by other specialty within the clinic then for ongoing Pt will the new XP modifer be appropriate to use on the Pt services?
