Wiki E/M and psychological testing same day?

Can you bill for an E/M visit and a psychological test on the same day? If the testing were done by computer (96103) and interpreted by psychologist and then seen by prescriber? I have been searching for the answer and the more I read the more confused I get:(. Does anyone know the answer?
 
I am not sure about your specific situation, but I work in a multi-specialty office and we have billed BH visits/testing the same day as E/M services before. Payments vary depending on the payer (some will cover both visits and some will only cover one), but we definitely still bill them both. Hopefully that helps at least a little.
