My queston is this. If the physcian or PA sees does a inpatient visit on the same day of the procedure can we bill both with a 25 modifier if we are using the same diagnosis ?

Yes you can. All insurances (I think) that I have come across will pay for the visit as long as it has the 25 mod on it.
