patient bends over raking leaves, dislocates his THA, (falls to the ground because of this), goes to ER for reduction. He is seen a couple of weeks later in FU for hip, but also states shoulder has been hurting since being in the ER. MRI shows rotator cuff tear. Should this be coded as a result of the fall?
