Pt had an IVP performed, order/report history state RENAL STONE. Impression in report reads: Unremarkable IVP with no evidence of hydronephrosis or significant filling defect.

Would I still code 592.0 since that is what is on the order/report...even though impression states otherwise?

There are no such findings as stated in impression report so we have no other option than 592.0. I would also go with 592.0.
