Wiki Dx Help/ Double Elevator Palsy

Hi, I'm really hoping for some help with this Dx, the only code I can find that seems to fit is 374.31 but I don't feel too terribly confident in the code, would really appreciate any suggestions. The procedure the Dr performed was to transpose the medial and lateral rectus muscle to the superior rectus muscle. Thanks in advance for all suggestions offered.
