The closest that I can come for this is 428.1 which is left heart failure. I'm not sure that impaired funtion would equal failure. Should I use other less specific diagnosis? Thanks for your input.

Did this diagnosis include heart disease to use the 428.1? I might use 429.9 for a less specific code unless you have more to back up the heart failure.
