Wiki Dx for Cardiology Consult Prior to start of Chemo

My physician is reporting dx V58.83 for an initial consult for a cardiology screening prior to the patient starting chemo therapy. I was looking at Dx codes V72.83 or V81.2 and wanted to verify if it would not be more appropriate to report either of these codes in place of the aftercare code.
I would appreciate any input as he has just starting performing these screenings.
