Hypertrophic stomach gets you 537.89, but I'm not sure that's correct. What 'folds' is he referring to?

Look at 535.2X. gastric mucosal hypertrophy to see if the documentation supports this code.

What about 537.9. Its not specific enough to code anything else. Any other suggestions?
