Wiki Dx code needed

Does anyone know the code for the following;

BLADDER, BIOPSY (J,K):
- INVASIVE ADENOCARCINOMA, HIGH GRADE, CONSISTENT WITH PROSTATE. SEE NOTE.

Note: Immunohistochemical stains performed at Integrated Oncology on
formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissue show that the tumor cells in the
bladder are positive for prostate markers PSA and PSAP. All controls show
appropriate reactivity.

Rest of path report was PROSTATE , NEEDLE CORE BIOPSY 2 of 9 were Malignant neoplasm of prostate, the rest were Neoplasm of uncertain behavior of prostate or NO EVIDENCE OF MALIGNANCY

It seems the primary cancer is prostate: 185

The bladder cancer appears to have come from the prostate. So 198.1?
