I know when a breast cancer patient has no evidence of disease but is taking Tamoxifen you would code 174.X not V10.3. Does this rule also apply to other breast cancer drugs such as Aromasin, Armidex, Femara, etc? Thanks!

Look the drug up and look at the indications for the drug if the indications are for breast cander then your answer is yes.
