My Doc did a prostate biopsy with a dx of elevated PSA. When the Path report came back it verified prostate cancer. Can I add the cancer DX on the claim after the elevated PSA. Even though we didnot know it was cancer until after the surgery. If the answer is yes can you supply me with a referance. Thanks
