Can you code 2 Drainages when they state "Status post bilateral 10- french catheter placement for bilateral abdominal fluid collections" ??
Or is this considered one site ?

Seems only 1 catherter was used for both sides.

I would think since it states bilateral you would charge for 2 tubes.
