Wiki DOS 93000 & 93010

Does anyone have the current guidance on billing dos for 93000 when the physician reads the EKG on a later day than the EKG was performed? When the service isn't being billed as a global and the physician is only billing the interpretation and report as 93010 is the billing date the date the physician reads?
