Does anyone know the CPT code for this procedure. I do not have the operative report and this is the only information given other than it was done with c-arm.

Question: What is the appropriate CPT code to report for the placement of an electrode array under fluoroscopic guidance in which the epidural space is accessed and the catheter is advanced and then steered into the lateral portion of the epidural space adjacent to the dorsal root ganglion (DRG)?
Answer: Code 63650, Percutaneous implantation of neurostimulator electrode array, epidural, describes this scenario. Fluoroscopic guidance (codes 76000 and 77003) is considered inherent in the performance of the percutaneous implantation of the neurostimulator electrode array in the epidural space as represented by code 63650. Therefore, it is not appropriate to additionally report the fluoroscopic guidance.
