Wiki Dorsal right mid foot kenalog injection

New to podiatry----Podiatrist states to bill 64450 for kenalog injection documented below. I don't see how this could possibly be 64450--but I'm unsure exactly what injection code to bill with the documentation provided.

I recommend a cortisone injection to calm down the irritation of the nerve. Injected the dorsal right mid foot just proximal to the exostosis with 1cc Kenalog 10mg and 1cc lidocaine plain.

64450 is a nerve block, it appears that your physician is using injection therapy. 20550, injection;single tendon sheath, ligament, would be a better choice. did your physcician use guided ultra-sound for placement?
