Hello All!

We have had a consultant come in and tell our surgeons that they can bill 76998 for ultrasound graft interrogations in a CABG procedure. Per the STS website, they say the graft interrogations are included in the procedure and are not separetly billable.
I'd like to get a consensus on what everyone else does.
