Wiki Does anyone know the code for ALTE?

I found 798.0 which looks like SIDS but its under the category 'Sudden Death'. The pt isnt dead. Pt was admitted for observation. The only reason for observation is ALTE. I have no other sign, symptom or diagnosis.
Anyone have an idea?

if the patient is a new born then 770.89. otherwise 780.99, Right?
suggestions please.
