I've searched the forum without success, and have also searched the coding references to which I have access but haven't come up with anything there either, so I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the direction of what should be documented to report the interpretation of the stress test, 93018. Are there certain elements that should be recorded? From a coding perspective, 93016 seems straightforward enough but I have been struggling on finding guidance on 93018 so any guidance the community provides would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
 
There should be a description of how the test was performed (treadmill, bike), results during each phase (bp, max HR, etc) and final impression.
