We have a child Psychologist who occasionally performs 96101 for behavioral testing. When the testing is complete she writes her findings and interpretations of the tests done in to the report. She doesn't however, scan the paper tests or have the results of the computerized testing scanned into the system. I think they should be in the chart along with the report, but I can't really find anything that says so definitively. Any thoughts?
