Do you know an Orthopedics Practice that OWNS a Fluoroscope and uses it at their OFFICE location?
If so - would you please share their Billing Department contact information with me?
A friend asked me about charges that could be billed at the office location if their Practice owned a fluoroscope and I'm just trying to get some general information. Coding scenarios (like "for this procedure - use these two codes") and Insurance Reimbursement policies (like "Medicare won't pay for this procedure unless you follow this LCD Policy" or "no insurance company will pay for this procedure") would be very helpful.
I suppose "Is it worth buying the fluoroscope?" is the main thing the friend is trying to determine, so any information you cna share regarding the fluoroscope at the OFFICE will be greatly appreciated.
