Good morning, can someone please assist with a question I have regarding DME. We are a multisite organization with two tax IDs and bill DME under one tax ID. Is it possible to bill DME under two tax IDs? Do we need to have a separate DME number for each site? What form should we use to add another DME number to the same organization if we used 2 separate tax IDs?
