Wiki DME repair charges for CPAP / BiPAP

Though Anthem and Medicare both say they will pay for repair of patient-owned equipment, I'm struggling to confirm the coding and pricing. Does anyone have experience with this, or know of a consultant that specializes in DME that they can refer me to?
