Dear whom it may concern,

I used G0108 for DM training in internal medicine doctor. But, BCBS denied it by invalid code. If any one knows different code or right one, please let me know ASAP.

Who is providing the education, the MD or the Nurse? The G code is a payer discretion code and is equivalent to the 98960 code in CPT but it is for non physician use only.
