Wiki Diuretic Therapy

I have a doc who uses 'diuretic therapy' as a Dx. I can't find a code for it. He's not referring to diuretic iv therapy. I've looked up the E code but the pt hasn't had any adverse reaction to the drug. I don't know what else to code, can any one help?
