Wiki distal phalanx middle finger

i am looking for a code for removal of distal phalanx of middle finger and when i go into cpt professional addition i see it says "see phalanx,finger" and i cannot find that anywhere. it should be right under the phalanges (hand)
but its not. i have tried to look under other key works and they all say
see "phalanx,finger"
im hoping someone can help me.

look under finger, then amputation and you will find what you seek.

thanks for your help, but im still a little stumped.
this is what the op report states: right hand had multiple woujds which were
debrided. the 1 digit had been previously removed. this was debrided with a number 15 blade in an area of approx 3x4cm depth of 1.2 cm. the middle finger had necrosis at tip. it was debrided to proximal nail bed which was removed and the distal phalanx was removed as well. the area that was debrided as 2x2x2 cm.
so the amputation codes still didnt seem to be what i was looking for, but i could be wrong.
