Wiki Disorder of Cortical Migration

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what ICD 9 code to use for disorder of cortical migration? The physician documented as follows:

"Epilepsy which is secondary disorder of cortical migration"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From the documentation you presented:

I went to the ICD-9 index under every term, the only place anything showed up was under "Epilepsy" then "cortical (focal)(motor)" which directed me to 345.5x. Since there was no specification as to intractable epilepsy it would be fifth digit . So it would appear that the code would be 345.50.
