Not my area of expertise, but this doesn't seem correct. Maybe you meant to post the op note and instead posted this?
The 2 codes given are CCI edits. Was it a laparoscopic case converted to open (which I am assuming since dx Z53.31). If so, a surgery started as laparoscopic and converted to open is coded only as how it is accomplished (open).

Agreed, the laparoscopic procedure is a component of the open procedure and can't be coded separately. 47562 bundles to 47605 and this cannot be bypassed with any modifier. But without the operative report, there's no way to confirm the coding here.

you can only code for the open procedure with the cholangiogram. Ammend Z53.31 to the claim.
