Hi All,

I have a scenario that am not sure how to code. Doctor did a discharge from hospital the and then the Doctor performs a one hour family conference in the office.

I do know Medicare will not reimburse for an office visit/family conference
(99211-99215) and discharge on the same date. What will be the appropriate E/M codes?
