Wiki Dilation J-tube tract

Hi,

Does anyone know what code I would use for dilation of the J-tube tract? My encoder is giving me 44799 for an unlisted code, but I'd rather use something more specific. Suggestions? The J-tube was ultimately exchanged for a larger one.
