Located in north west PA, just getting started with Dietician visits for pediatric patients for over and under weight issues in a doctors office (POS 11). We're billing 97802 & 97803 but most payers are denying as non covered. Any helpful hints to decrease our denials?

It is hard to say what you can do to decrease your denials without knowing what the denial reason is, but it could be that the payer doesn't cover services provided by a dietician. That is the first thing that I comes to mind as a possible reason for the denial based on the limited information contained in your post.
