Help! Any suggestions would be helpful....Need CPT codes: (seeking authorization for ) :Diagnostic and operative arthroscopy, probable arthroscopic assessment of the medial meniscus, but then probable arthroscopic patella tendon versus mini open tendon patella debridement and repair of tissues as needed. I discussed the complex nature of this syndrome, the possibility for rare takedown of the tendon debridement reattachment....I am thinking : 29875+27381?
