My surgeon performed a diagnostic left knee arthroscopy w/chondroplasty, w/lateral release patella, synovectomy-limited, and removal of loose bodies (sep incision). These are
the codes i have chosen based on the op report.
29877 chondroplasty
29875 synovectomy
27425 lateral release
29870 diagnostic arthroscopy
at this point, i have myself dazed and confused. Any help at this
point would be a godsend.

There's also an Arthroscopic Lateral Release code for the knee (29873). Your code selections are correct, but after CCI Edits, you would only end up with the Arthroscopic Lateral Release (29873).
